Funciones del puesto :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Limpieza de los locales (interior y exterior, incluidos los aseos) y del material<\/li>\n
  • Comprobaci\u00f3n de la limpieza de la vajilla y cuberter\u00eda, amas de llaves, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Poner las mesas<\/li>\n
  • Configurar y ejecutar el servicio<\/li>\n
  • Asegurarse de que el buf\u00e9, incluidos platos y cubiertos, est\u00e9 listo para su uso.<\/li>\n
  • Actualizar los materiales de venta y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n
  • Dar la bienvenida a los hu\u00e9spedes, explicarles c\u00f3mo funcionan las cosas y registrar sus n\u00fameros de habitaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  • Informaci\u00f3n sobre la oferta del d\u00eda<\/li>\n
  • Garantizar la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente en todo momento<\/li>\n
  • Escuchar a los clientes y responder a sus peticiones<\/li>\n
  • Despejar y enderezar mesas<\/li>\n
  • Al final del turno, entregar la hoja de registro en recepci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  • Gesti\u00f3n de existencias y fechas de consumo preferente<\/li>\n
  • Controlar los pedidos<\/li>\n
  • Mantener limpias las zonas de almacenamiento (almacenamiento en seco, frigor\u00edficos, congeladores)<\/li>\n
  • Preparar un men\u00fa de servicio de habitaciones<\/li>\n
  • Organizar y llevar a cabo el servicio de almuerzos de los seminarios cuando est\u00e9 disponible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
