Frequently Ask Questions
The Hôtel Albert1er and its lounges are located on two streets, rue Kennedy and rue Rivals, 200m from the Capitole. These two streets run perpendicular to the main shopping street in downtown Toulouse, rue Alsace Lorraine.
We suggest visiting the lounges according to their occupancy, generally between 10:30 and 18:00. If reception is unable to offer you a time slot that suits your availability, we invite you to take a look at our virtual tour.
You’ll find the virtual tour in the menu under the “Location” tab, or on the “Seminar” and “Pop-up store” pages.
Underneath the Guerlain and Couleur lounges is a converted basement that allows you to store any products, belongings, merchandise or other items while the salon is being rented. This basement can be very useful during a pop-up store to store and organize restocking.
You’ll benefit from a preferential rate at the Jeanne d’Arc parking lot at €19/24h. No possibility of reserving the places in advance, just validate your ticket at the hotel.
