Job duties:
- Clean premises (internal and external, including toilets) and equipment
- Check the cleanliness of dishes and cutlery, housekeepers, etc.
- Setting the tables
- Set up and maintain service
- Buffet preparation, including plates and cutlery
- Update sales and communication materials
- Welcome guests, explain the operation and note their room number
- Information on the day’s offer
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Listen to customers and respond to their requests
- Clearing and straightening tables
- At the end of the shift, hand in the sign-in sheet at reception
- Manage inventory and best-before dates
- Ensure order follow-up
- Ensure cleanliness of storage areas (dry storage, refrigerators, freezers)
- Preparing a room service menu
- Organize and carry out seminar lunch service when available
